Yoshihisa Heishi (瓶子吉久 Heishi Yoshihisa), born September 10, 1968 in Tokyo, Japan), was the Assistant Editor in Chief of Weekly Shōnen Jump before he was promoted to Editor-in-Chief.

Heishi is a thin and tall character. He has long, straight, black hair and a trimmed beard and mustache. He has a long and straight face and wears brown glasses.
Personality

Heishi appears to be a serious editor who has a lot of knowledge about manga, often dramaticly putting on his coat when leaving the office. However, when he's at home, he shows a goofy side to himself.
Summary

When first introduced, Heishi was the Assistant Editor-in-Chief for Weekly Shonen Jump. After Hisashi Sasaki, the previous Editor-in-Chief was transferred over to the newly created Hissho Jump, he was promoted to Editor-in-Chief.
